None better in Durham – They do a very good job on our Westie and Cairn. While our dogs are not fond of grooming, at least at Pampered Pooch we’re not having to drag them across the threshold, which says something about their caliber of treatment. After trying so many groomers in the Durham area, we’re staying with P Pooch.

…YellowPages.comI’ve been taking my dog to Pampered Pooch for over 5 years. I always just get him shaved down, and I appreciate that they listen to me and don’t give him a “fru-fru” haircut (I’ve had that happen other places).
The pup is always happy to go, and looks and smells great after.
Additionally, the two owners are wonderfully friendly. Happy to support such a wonderful local business!
… yelp.comJust took my very timid rescue dog, Violet, to the pampered pooch for the first time. She needed her nails trimmed and I’m just too nervous to do it myself! They were so friendly and gentle with my girl, it was painless for both of us! Lol! Highly recommend!
… yelp.comWe’ve been taking my beast buddy Jake to Pampered Pooch since he was little more than a ball of fur and teeth …. and that was 10 years ago. Now he’s a 30 pound ball of fur, teeth, nails, love and a recurring skin rash. The guys at Pampered Pooch know and love Jake and they take very good care of him every six weeks.

… yelp.comI started taking my first dog to Pampered Pooch more than 10 years ago. He had allergies and required frequent bathing. The guys at Pampered Pooch always did a great job with my now-departed golden/chow boy dog, and now they are taking care of our young golden mix female. Neither dog has minded going in for the “spa days” and Ricky and Jeff send them home clean and fluffy with all the right parts trimmed up. An important thing for us is that they use products on our dogs that are easy on the skin and not “perfumey.” In all these years they have gotten it right every single time. I recommend Pampered Pooch enthusiastically!
